## How pricing works
1. **Free audit** — you tell us what you need; we review your current setup. No cost, no call.
2. **Written quote** — we send a fixed-scope quote and plan by email/DM.
3. **Payment link** — approve and pay online to start. Larger projects can be milestone-based.

## Engagement types

### Project (one-off build)
- Price: Custom fixed quote per scope (website, store, app, or automation build).
- Billing: Milestone-based for larger builds; single payment for smaller ones.
- Best for: A defined deliverable — e.g. a new website, an online store, or an app.

### Monthly (ongoing)
- Price: Custom monthly retainer per scope.
- Billing: Month-to-month, no lock-in.
